How do I access my account?

How do I sign in? Or set my password?
HWheadline uses a secure email-link-based sign in, not passwords.
To sign in, enter your email, and you will receive a link to log in.
You will then have access to HWheadline content and be able to make changes to your account, payment details, and comment on posts.
Not getting the email link? Try checking your spam and other folders.
I'm not getting emails. What is the problem?
Verify that your email address is correct. In your account, you can view and/or update your email address.
Make sure you have emails turned on. Occasionally, individuals may unintentionally unsubscribe (as I've experienced myself by clicking the wrong button in my email). Go to your account and check that emails are toggled on.
Check your spam, junk, promotions, and other folders. News emails are sent from hwheadline@ghost.io. If they are in one of these folders, click on "Mark as not spam" and/or "Move to inbox".
Adding hwheadline@ghost.io to your contact list will also help. This signals to your mail provider that emails sent from this address should be trusted.
If none of these works, send me an email at support@hwheadline.com with the subject "Email Issue" and we'll figure it out.
How do I update my information?
You can update your username, email address, subscription, payment method, and email preferences in your account.

Subscribing to HWheadline is risk-free. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, I will happily offer a full refund for any amount paid in the last 30 days.

Will the cost of my subscription ever increase?
If you subscribed at an introductory sale price, once the introductory period ends, your subscription will return to the regular price.
After that, as long as your subscription remains active and in good standing, the cost of your subscription will never increase.
How do I change my subscription?
You can change your subscription between monthly and annually at any time in your account.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.
The payment method you provided when you initially signed up will be charged automatically for the cost of the renewed subscription.
If you don't want your subscription to automatically renew, simply cancel your subscription in your account.
You will still receive email updates and have access to the archive of content on HWheadline.com for the remainder of the subscription period.
Can I cancel at any time?
Of course. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do it from your account.

If you have an annual subscription that is less than six months old and would like to end your subscription immediately, please contact me at support@hwheadline.com. I may be able to offer you a full or partial refund.
Is my information safe?
Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe is an online payment processor used by Amazon, Ford, Lyft, WordPress, and thousands of other companies.
Your payment information is sent directly to Stripe where it stays secure with data encryption on servers that meet the highest PCI standards available in the payment industry.
