HWheadline uses a secure email-link-based sign in, not passwords.

To sign in, enter your email, and you will receive a link to log in.

You will then have access to HWheadline content and be able to make changes to your account, payment details, and comment on posts.

Not getting the email link? Try checking your spam and other folders.

I'm not getting emails. What is the problem?

Verify that your email address is correct. In your account, you can view and/or update your email address.

Make sure you have emails turned on. Some people unsubscribe accidentally. Go to your account and make sure emails are toggled on.

Check your spam, junk, promotions, and other folders. News emails are sent from noreply@hwheadline.com. If they are in one of these folders, click on "Mark as not spam" and/or "Move to inbox".

Adding noreply@hwheadline.com to your contact list will also help. This signals to your mail provider that emails sent from this address should be trusted.

HWheadline is a Gravatar-enabled site. Gravatar lets you create, upload, and manage a globally recognized avatar from a single place. Gravatar is free for everyone - forever.

How do I change my subscription?

You can change your subscription between monthly and annually at any time in your account.

Can I cancel at any time?

Of course. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do it from your account.

Once you have canceled, you will receive email updates and have access to the archive of content on HWheadline.com for the remainder of the subscription period.

If you have an annual subscription that is less than six months old and would like to end your subscription immediately, please contact me at support@hwheadline.com. I may be able to offer you a full or partial refund.

Why are sweepstakes U.S. only?

Each country has different rules and requirements for sweepstakes and some do not allow them at all. In addition, countries may require a registration or permit, taxes paid in advance, bonding, translation to the local language, or other requirements.

All of these rules and requirements make running international sweepstakes impossible.
