Hot Wheels 2026 Model Kits
Hot Wheels is getting new model kits that feature two classic cars and two Hot Wheels vehicles from the original Sweet 16 lineup introduced in 1968.

These model kits from Round 2, sold under the AMT and MPC brands, will be available soon at retailers that carry model kits.
'57 Chevy Flip-Nose

This 1:25 scale kit brings gasser style to life with a flip-up front end that reveals a detailed Chevy V8 engine with air scoop and headers. It rides on a full gasser chassis with Goodyear racing slicks, slotted wheels, stylized bucket seats, and a custom racing interior, plus Hot Wheels water slide decals and clear or clear blue window options for added customization.
The kit includes 87 parts molded in white, clear, transparent blue, and chrome, and is rated Skill Level 2.



1969 Chevy COPO Camaro

This 1:25 scale model recreates a factory muscle car known for big block performance and drag strip attitude. It features a 427 cubic inch V8 engine, detailed interior, super scoop hood, rear spoiler, bucket seats, and a choice of wide street tires or pad printed Goodyear Polyglas tires mounted on deep dish and 5-spoke mag wheels.
The kit includes 81 parts molded in white, clear, transparent red, and chrome plated pieces, and is rated Skill Level 2.



Python

This 1:25 scale kit recreates one of the original 1968 Hot Wheels designs inspired by a real custom show car built by Bill Cushenbery. It features opening hood and doors, a detailed V8 engine, custom interior, full chassis and suspension, mag wheels with redline tires, and a rotating display stand.
The kit includes 78 parts molded in white, clear, clear blue, transparent red, and chrome plated parts, and is rated Skill Level 2.



Silhouette

This 1:25 scale model kit celebrates one of the original Hot Wheels designs inspired by Bill Cushenbery’s futuristic 1962 show car. It features authentic Hot Wheels details, a custom interior, display options, and a colorful water slide decal sheet, all packaged in a collectible display tin.
The kit is molded in white, clear, transparent red, and chrome plated parts and is rated Skill Level 2.
Skill Level 2 indicates a model kit intended for builders with basic experience. These kits typically include a moderate number of parts, require paint and glue for assembly, and may involve simple detailing, making them suitable for ages 10 and up.
