Who can redeem a gift subscription?
Gift subscriptions can be redeemed by new and former subscribers. Current paid subscribers cannot redeem gift subscriptions at this time.

When will my gift subscription begin?
Gift subscriptions begin when the recipient redeems their gift. This allows you to purchase a gift subscription in advance and share it whenever you'd like.

When do gift subscriptions expire?
Gifts delivered by email must be redeemed within 365 days of the scheduled delivery date. Gifts shared personally must be redeemed within 365 days of purchase.

Will my gift subscription be automatically renewed?
No. Gift subscriptions end automatically at the end of the gift term.

Can gift subscriptions be refunded?
Gift subscriptions are covered by my 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
