Universal Monsters is part of the Themed Entertainment line, which is in mix "N" of assortment GDG83 and ships in 10-count cases. Cases should be evenly packed with 2 of each vehicle.
Bride of Frankenstein was released in 1935 as the sequel to the 1931 film Frankenstein. The story follows Dr. Frankenstein as he is forced to create a female companion for the Monster.
The Bride appears only near the end of the film but became instantly recognizable for her towering hairstyle with white lightning-like streaks. The character was portrayed by Elsa Lanchester.
Frankenstein was released in 1931 and is based on the 1818 novel by Mary Shelley. The film follows scientist Henry Frankenstein as he creates a living creature from assembled body parts.
The Monster was portrayed by Boris Karloff, while Henry Frankenstein was played by Colin Clive.
The Mummy was released in 1932 and stars Boris Karloff as Imhotep, an ancient Egyptian priest accidentally brought back to life after thousands of years.
After returning to life, Imhotep searches for the reincarnation of his lost love while using supernatural powers to avoid capture. The movie inspired numerous sequels, remakes, and adaptations.
The Wolf Man was released in 1941 and stars Lon Chaney Jr. as Larry Talbot. After being bitten by a werewolf, Talbot becomes cursed to transform into one himself during the full moon.
The film established many of the werewolf traditions still used today, including the connection to the full moon and silver as a weapon against werewolves.
Dracula was released in 1931 and stars Bela Lugosi as Count Dracula, a vampire who travels from Transylvania to England in search of new victims.
The film is based on the 1897 novel by Bram Stoker and helped establish the classic vampire on screen. Lugosi's portrayal became the blueprint for many Dracula adaptations that followed.
