Texas Toot is the Global Finale winner of the 2022 Hot Wheels Legends Tour. The Legends Tour is a custom car show and a competition.

The Texas Toot is a heavily modified 1992 Autozam Scrum built by Craig Meaux. It went through a huge transformation over the past couple of years to become this amazingly massive mini truck. See the last pic for its original appearance.
