The Land Rover Series II, often called the Land Rover S2, was introduced in 1958 as the successor to the original Land Rover Series I. The vehicle was designed as a durable utility vehicle for farming, military use, and off-road driving.

The Series II featured updated styling with its signature rounded “barrel side” body shape, designed to help cover the vehicle’s wider track. Power mainly came from a durable 2.25-liter inline-4 engine paired with a manual transmission and four-wheel-drive system, while diesel versions were also offered.

The Land Rover S2 became known for its rugged construction, simple mechanical design, and strong off-road capability. Its aluminum alloy body panels also helped resist rust and corrosion, making the vehicle popular in harsh environments and remote areas around the world.

The Subaru Legacy GT was part of the fourth-generation Subaru Legacy lineup produced from 2003 to 2009. The BP designation refers to the station wagon version, while the closely related BL designation was used for the sedan.

Power came from turbocharged flat-four boxer engines paired with Subaru’s symmetrical all-wheel-drive system. Japanese-market models used turbocharged 2.0-liter EJ20 engines, while North American versions received a larger 2.5-liter EJ255 engine, with both manual and automatic transmissions offered depending on the market.

The BP Legacy GT became known for combining turbocharged performance with everyday practicality, balanced handling and all-weather capability. This generation was also one of the last Subaru models to feature the brand’s signature frameless side windows, while the wagon version became especially popular for its extra cargo space and rally-inspired performance.

2026 is the 10th anniversary of the Car Culture series, which brings changes to the chase cars. They are completely different vehicles, rather than just recolors of cars in the sets
